About
Enterlio
We help founders and operators understand how their operations actually work, fix what's slowing them down, and build the technical infrastructure they need to grow.
Most businesses know something is broken. Very few know exactly what.
After years of building software and researching how processes actually run — not how they're supposed to run — a pattern kept appearing: the technical solutions weren't the hard part. Understanding the process clearly enough to fix or automate it was.
AI and automation tools have become accessible to almost any business. But the gap between "this could help us" and "this is working for us" is wider than most people expect. That gap is what we close.
Founder-led, distributed, and close to the work.
We are a small, focused firm. Engagements are led directly by the founder — not handed off to a junior team after the first call. We work with a development team based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and draw on a network of advisors and domain experts depending on the engagement.
We stay small deliberately. It keeps us close to the work and accountable for the outcomes.

Background in software engineering, with a master's degree in software engineering and a PhD in process mining from Hasselt University. Over 12 years of experience building software across industries.
Process mining is the science of reconstructing and analysing how processes actually run, based on real event data — as opposed to how they're documented or assumed to work. That research background shapes how every engagement here is approached: start with what's actually happening, not what's supposed to be happening.
