A client came with an idea: use drone imagery to detect plant diseases early, before they spread. No technical team, no existing infrastructure. Just the concept.
We built everything from the ground up — a computer vision model trained to detect disease across multiple crop types, a data pipeline that ingests and processes drone imagery from the field, and a full platform for farmers and operators to manage their work.
The platform handles field setup, drone fleet management, automated disease detection with farmer notifications, and pesticide tracking. The hardest work was the AI layer — building a reliable model and the pipeline to feed it clean, consistent data from variable field conditions.
